Features: Explore Files

Eos can view the contents of any file created by Neverwinter Nights (or other Bioware games, for that matter), and display the information so that it is easy to modify.

This includes:

  • HAK files, which are used by Neverwinter Nights to add content to the game, such as creatures or textures.
  • MOD files, which Neverwinter Nights loads as levels.
  • NWM files, the original campaign levels.
  • SAV files, the saved game files for Neverwinter Nights.
  • ERF files, which contain various resources for the games, such as tiles and textures.

When viewing a file, modifying the contents are as simple as exporting the data, editing it with your editor of choice, and importing it again, replacing the information that was stored originally.

javascript menu in the menubar or from the index listing to the right.
